okbst Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okbst platform at okbst.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the okbst Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. okbst reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the provisions of Section 14 (Amendments).

These Terms apply to all users of the okbst Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the okbst Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. okbst strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The okbst Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing. okbst makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person or subject to any sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Platform.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okbst Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

To access the full features of the okbst Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbst account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify okbst immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

okbst will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You may be held liable for losses incurred by okbst or other parties due to unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

okbst is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by okbst for KYC purposes. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbst accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. okbst reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. okbst does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your okbst account. okbst does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. okbst aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing additional verification.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the okbst Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbst is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

okbst is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable AML regulations. okbst reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to unlawful activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okbst may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okbst reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

okbst reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okbst Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

okbst uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games and works exclusively with licensed game providers. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, okbst reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. okbst's decision in such matters is final.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use unauthorized third-party software in connection with the okbst Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the okbst Platform:

• Providing false or misleading information to okbst at any time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by okbst;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbst staff or other players;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without okbst's prior written consent;
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbst Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of okbst or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9. Privacy & Data

okbst collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okbst Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbst implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and okbst cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

okbst is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your okbst account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

okbst's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbst account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbst does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okbst's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by okbst

okbst reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if okbst determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at okbst's sole discretion.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination for other reasons, okbst will return any legitimate balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your okbst account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and withdrawal processing times.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

okbst operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate channels.

14. Amendments

okbst reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the okbst Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
